Zambistro - where to start? What an incredible restaurant. They catered our wedding two years ago so its our “anniversary dinner”, as well as random dinners and lunches throughout the year. We drive about an hour to get here and its worth every minute of the drive. People still rave about the food from our wedding two years later. We especially love the server, Summer. Dining at Zambistro is always exceptional. The staff is great and the food is delicious, I love that they have a seasonal menu so you can always get something different.
