I visited Zambistro recently and was very impressed. I ordered the beef stroganoff, and my husband got the seared salmon. I would have given this place 5 stars for my meal alone. I wish I could eat it all the time. My husband liked his meal less - he said the salmon was perfect but did not prefer the sides it came with. Another highlight was the bread and flavored butter it came with. Overall, my rating is 4.5 rounded up. I would absolutely eat there again and highly recommend it.

I went here yesterday for the first time for breakfast and to get a tour. The owner was such a delight! The passion he has in expanding his business is a visionary art. Breakfast was beautiful and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic hospitality with a great dining experience :)
Atmosphere was almost perfect, it would have been perfect if we didn't sit right behind two grumpy old ladies complaining about their food unnecessarily, and then stiffing the waitress of a tip. I highly suggest anybody to come here, the food is fresh, it's delicious and the service has always been fantastic! Highly recommend.
