My experience buying a "new" used car here was excellent. Buying a car here was actually a really easy experience. Everyone was nice, answered all of our questions, and was honest about the car from the start. Anastasiia gave us the Carfax without us even having to ask, and we never felt rushed or pressured into anything. We waited while Vitaliy got the car ready and had nice conversation. She’s very sweet. The price was fair, and I really appreciated that they said to contact them if anything came up even though there isn’t a warranty. Great place and people! Recommend

Bought a Jeep Compass from Zamax back in November of 2024. I didn’t get it inspected at an auto repair shop before buying it and ended up having to put thousands of dollars in repairs starting a few months after purchase. The engine is also now shot. All I’m saying to everyone who reads this… make sure that before you finalize a purchase at Zamax, or anywhere else for that matter, make sure to get a pre-purchase inspection at an auto repair shop, or you might get a total lemon like I did.
