They are just below the standard of any business and the words - corrupt, illegal and criminals come to mind. They have completely and knowingly sold a lemon to a family member and now they are left with a $25000 Range Rover that is unroad worthy & they are taking no responsibility & are actually abusive and swearing at Consumer protection indicating their unprofessional/ dodgy nature or their “business”. AVOID this criminal business at all costs!!!
Absolutely shocking and unprofessional service. Purchased a vehicle and had nothing but exhaust issues. The sellers were ignoring attempts for repairs, weren’t answering calls and when calls were answered we were met with condescending and rude tones as if we were being a hassle that the car had engine issues and we were seeking repairs under warranty and seller guarantee. If I could, I would rewind time and not have purchased a car here and would refund.
Definitely not what you'd expect from a "prestige car dealership." The pre-sale and sale management were decent, but the after-sales management and delivery were a disaster. Cars weren’t delivered as promised. One car had only a month left on its registration when it was supposed to be delivered two months earlier. No service checks before pick-up, causing a lot of wasted time fixing issues. Honestly, just go to a regular dealer. You'll thank me later.
I purchased a $95,000 car through Jaya at Zamani. At the time of purchase I was told the owner had a second key and it would be ready for pick up shortly. After multiple calls and text messages I ended up driving there twice only to be told "sorry", we will get it soon. After 6 months of occasionally reaching out I was still given excuses after excuses. As a business owner myself, I finally said it was unacceptable and got a replacement quote from BMW for $800.
