ZAMA delivered a wonderful omakase experience from start to finish. The 15-course menu for $110 offers excellent value, especially considering the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Each course was thoughtfully prepared to highlight the natural flavors of the fish, with subtle touches that enhanced rather than overpowered the ingredients.
