Nice selection! My husband and I went to Zales to purchase me a diamond wrap for my engagment ring when we celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary. The selection was great. They had exactly what I wanted. The employees were so helpful and knowledgable about the pieces. My ring still looks great 4 years later. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Customer Service I went in to Zale's yesterday with my husband, upon entering I was not greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. One employee was helping a customer and the other employee was sitting at the computer. There selection of jewelry was very poor and the prices were a little overpriced for what I have seen in other jewelry stores. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
