I have been to several different Zales locations since the purchase of our ring and have been running into all types of bumps trying to find my warranty. Well I walk in Clarkburg Zales and Kevin was just amazing from the walk in. Not only did he find my warranty with all the numbers I was giving him he printed out my original receipt gave me a couple of everything I need with all the information I need! Oh and he cleaned my beautiful ring! The best Zales visit yet!
Daryl and Madison were great help, very friendly approachable and absolutely easy to talk to….. Will absolutely be frequent in this store
