This is the first time I step into a Zales store and Bie was very nice and helpful with the purchase of a ring for my fiancé. He even cleaned my engagement ring for free even though it wasn’t purchased through them. Excellent service!
Jeannette was amazing! Walked in with my buddy who came to visit from Miami. She listened to what we were looking for and truly helped us with what we asked. She didn’t push to up sell, made everything feel great and didn’t judge us at all from the beginning.
Jeannette was the best point blank period. ask for her when you come here for any jewelry needs. She’s so transparent and kind and doesn’t make you an uncomfortable shopper.
