We live in a city with NO Zales. Kay Jewelers has been doing our regular inspections on my wedding ring but this time we decided to go to Zales in Roseville, CA (1 1/2 hrs from us but we were going to be in the area.) The inspection revealed two loose stones. The ring is under warranty and Zales agreed to send in for repair but we would have to return to that Zales to pick it up since they refused to ship to our Kay's, even after a call to the store manager.
