I wouldn’t recommend this Zales store for servicing. Upon entering I had to greet the associates TWICE before getting an acknowledgment of a greeting back. The middle eastern man, Jafri, looked at me in my face when I entered and even after I greeted him because we made eye contact, he failed to greet me even after I had to say “Hello” twice; all while not actively servicing a customer. All I have to say is - I went here and dealt with some rude and disrespectful Asian woman. Came in here to fix a broken ring band that barely lasted a year after buying from this location. The bottom portion of the ring was so thin that it snapped. I brought it in to check a price to fix it, they lady gave a ridiculous price which cost more than the ring did. That was stupid.
