We have shopped for decades at Zales and have had loyalty to the brand including this store. No more! Be wary of what you are told by the workers at Zales in Woodburn! We wanted to return some earrings that were a Christmas gift that weren’t quite right. We went to the store to get a refund and were told we were too late, but if we came back for an exchange by Feb 9 we could trade them in.
