This is the worst Zales I’ve been to! I have been a loyal Zales client for two decades. Today I went to have my new $15K ring cleaned at my local Zales and the two women inside refused to help me. The one woman was talking to corporate about a big mistake she had made and that there was a very upset couple. Just a tip that doesn’t make me want to spend money with you. Maybe you should take that call when clients are not around. I asked if they could please clean my ring while I shopped, and they both paid no attention to me.... read more

Had an order for pick up. Showed up to store on two different days during business hours only to be told they are closed. I called to verify hours and lady informed me they were closed due to "unreliable staff". Why would I want ti do business somewhere with unreliable staff
I’m giving 5 Stars simply because of Melinda. The jewelry I ordered was not in store by the time it was promised. Melinda made it happen. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you
