We had a pleasant experience at ZALES Outlet and highly recommend Zyree, the store manager! He was very patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. Even though we arrived at the store late and it was about to close, he was still willing to help us and answer all of our questions. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole experience so enjoyable. We truly appreciate all his help and patience!
