The Staff here is wonderful! I’ve had three different visits here and three positive experiences. Angel and Jennifer Lopez were so kind and helpful to me. The manager even worked with me on the price. Truly, thank you, lovely ladies!
Do NOT GO HERE. Oh my. We had my husband’s ring resized for $69 and it was still way too big and flying off in the pool. We went back and told them it was still too big and had his finger resized. We decided to go smaller by a half a size and the manager said they would do it for us for $20 since they had to do it again. Two weeks later I went to pick up the ring and after waiting 30 minutes they tried to charge me $69 again for the second resizing. My experience with Ms. Boston was very good. She was very helpful and we felt very honest. She did not try to upsell us at all. She listened to us and made some excellent suggestions. Thank you Ms. Boston, we will see you again should we need any further jewelry!
We were looking for the jewelry as a gift for our daughter's Birthday present. I like the store and the items that we purchased. However, I did not like the sale associate who helped us that evening. He was not providing the best positive energy. He was patient enough to help me with trying on a few items. However, He made some comments that made me feel uncomfortable.
