Great experience from finding the stone to selecting the band. Gaybeth was a delight throughout the process.
Gaybeth was extremely helpful during an extremely stressful time. Wedding planning is not easy and ring shopping is just as hard. I encountered a few issues while trying to order a men’s ring and Gaybeth was right there to help me with patience and loyalty to me the customer without trying to upsell me. I will returning to Zales thanks to the great customer service from Gaybeth!!!
Kevin was absolutely wonderful and made upgrading my wedding ring such a special occasion. I will ask for him every time.
The sales team is always friendly. I ahve ordered online from Zales and easily made returns. I also have my ring cleaned here and it of course always sparkles!
