Gay Beth was amazing! She was kind, patient, understanding, and completely did everything I ask for and then some. She took extra time to contact customer service and didn’t have to offer that. It took a little while but she explained that and asked if I had time to wait which I did. I went it looking for an engagement ring with little to no idea what I was looking for. I was helped by a wonderful young woman there named Pricilla. She guided me through the whole process even giving me advice on how to casually bring up the “ring size” topic without being too obvious. She was absolutely great every step of the way, I got a great deal on the ring and she was so kind and detailed, explaining to me the different payment plans available to me. All in all, GREAT EXPERIENCE great people can’t recommend enough.
