I recently visited the Zales store in Burleson TX. The store was nice and clean and the staff was extra helpful and friendly. The young lady that helped me "Jae" was her name, was kind and had excellent customer service. I will for sure be back.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, i've been a customer here for many years and they have helped me with so much. At my last visit I was devastated about a missing stone in my wedding set but Jay and Kim assured me that everything would alright and really helped me feel more comfortable with sending it out. When I picked up it looked brand new like the day we got it all those years ago. I will always be a happy customer of Zales!

I was making a purchase and at the register the price was higher than the tagged price. The store would not honor the tagged price. The associate was a nice as they can be. They called the assistant manager to ask to make the needed adjustment. The manager refused to honor the price on the tag. Someone needs to remind Zales of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA).

Jae was amazing! Didn’t try to sell me on anything rather, listened to my thoughts and helped me coast to the perfect item! Definitely hit her if you’re looking for something.
