I went in to get my diamond prongs tightened and the pleasure of meeting Jen. After not finding my warranty in the system due to it being almost 11 years ago, she connected me with Customer Service and told me all the information I needed in order to get this take care of. I recently visited the Zales Outlet to get my finger resized for adjusting my Aggie college ring, which was originally purchased in Texas. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff was very welcoming and made the process simple. A special thank you to Stefan, who was exceptionally friendly, informative, and patient.
