Got my ring resized not once but twice with their warranty, they even sized me in store and somehow its still way too big. First time it came in almost a month of the "promise date". They refused to give me warranty refund when i brought that up and said "well we dont promise it by our promise date its an estimate". Came in today to look at wedding bands with my fiancé. Didn’t catch the employees name, but he was friendly and extremely helpful with their options they had available. We ended up purchasing one that she loved, would highly recommend this jeweller!!
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR JEWELERY HERE FOR A REPAIR! I left some crystals on a string to be restrung on a gold necklace that I provided. It was just before Christmas and I was told it would take longer than usual for the crystals to be restrung and my gold necklace to be sized which I anticipated.
