Very Disappointed! You buy an expensive diamond and purchase the warranties the store associates recommend so you can bring it in for regular inspections and cleanings without any issues. Then, when it's time to have your jewelry inspected and cleaned, they do such a poor job that I could have cleaned it better myself at home with a cotton swab. Very good selection, however the pricing for custom adjustments and additions goes up fast. We ended up going to Williams Custom Jewelers. They gave us everything we wanted for a quarter of the price. And we love our ring. If you think Zales/Kay (or other chain Jewelers) just feels a bit expensive, I cannot recommend Williams enough.
