I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to write about my experience. Overall, my time in the store was positive, and the employee who assisted me (a lady wearing a red coat whose name I don’t remember for the life of me) was friendly and helpful. However, there was a noticeable issue with hygiene that I found distracting and unprofessional. The odor was strong enough that it affected my comfort during the interaction. had a great experience at Zales. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The store was well organized, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Zales for quality jewelry and great customer service.

Don’t trust this location to do watch sizing. I went to this location for the first time, I usually shop at the southlake location (shoutout!) but I thought I could go to another location and possibly get respectful service as-well, boy was I wrong! How can you return my watch like this? These workers don’t care whatsoever.
