My husband and I frequent this ZALES to have our wedding rings inspected/cleaned. On 4.6.25 @ 3:00pm ish, we went to Zales for our 6 month inspection/cleaning. It’s very unfortunate the manager’s customer service skills were horrible. She walked by us several times and didn’t acknowledge us with a “hello” and a “goodbye”. Saying “hello” or “goodbye” is easy or showing care to customers that goes a long way. This female manager shouldn’t work with the public if she can’t or won’t better her customer service skills.
