Yarely was great and on point to show me what I needed and made some really good recommendations. She and her coworker Alejandro were very friendly and made my experience at the store feel easy. Came in a pinch in the evening hoping for something quite last minute. I was kind of skeptical it being so late in the evening . I walked in and Alejandro and Stella were very welcoming . They aimed me in the perfect direction towards a beautiful necklace. Non rushed at all , they answered every question I had and also asked plenty of questions for a better personalized gift . The process was very smooth and effortless. Definitely recommend and thank you both again

I wanted to give 5 stars because we received the absolute best help yesterday. Alejandro had helped my girlfriend and I in the zales outlet and was very knowledgeable about the jewelry we were looking at. He had explained everything super well and answered any question we had when it came down to the setting, diamond and the types of metals we could get for our rings.
