Good customer service
12pm and no sign of employees or even being close to being open to the public. Not only were we waiting for the store to open, but other customers came up to the locked door and were peeking inside to see if the store was open. We waited for 10 mins. Called the store and the phone was not being answered. Dont post store hours on the door if you can’t follow them. Your store lost out on a couple of sales today.
Went in to get a gift for my daughter. Alejandro was so helpful and shared my joy of the occasion. Alejandro gift wrapped the necklace I chose and added the finishing touch with a ribbon! Alejandro didn’t just sell me a warranty for my diamond necklace but thoroughly explained why it was important to keep up with the maintenance of my diamond necklace and made sure to give me the brochure that explained the full information for my daughter.
