I purchased this ring in July 2008 and have never had a problem with warranty repairs until now. Absolutely the WORST jewelry store experience we ever had—avoid this Zales at the Mall of Georgia like the plague! My wife dropped off her engagement and wedding ring for repairs back at the end of January 2026, and here we are in mid-March with ZERO updates, no ring returned, and nothing but frustration. Tonya was an INCREDIBLE help! We had to get an order in last minute and resized and she guaranteed it to be done within 3 days. We cannot recommend this store and their staff enough!
