I had an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience at this location while trying to pick up my wedding ring from repair. This ring had already been repaired multiple times. For the second and third repairs, I personally dropped off and picked up the ring at this location without any issues. Although the account is under my husband’s name, I have always provided my ID, and staff previously had no problem releasing the ring to me or even updating the account information.
