Went in yesterday to browse and wound up leaving with the deal of a lifetime! Kevin and Parker were the absolute sweetest and calmed my nerves about buying a ring for my partner and laughed with me the whole way through! It was so personal and I felt so welcome. They also took my personal ring and sent it out for resizing! Will always come back to this Zales!

Kevin and Destiny showed great customer service from start to finish! They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire ring selection process, making everything easy and stress-free. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They were awesome, and I highly recommend them!
I understand that Zales isn’t privately owned but I must say I’ve been a Zales fan for over 10 years. Catherine helped me with the upgrade. She was very patient with me coming to shop multiple times. And I finally got my upgraded ring.
