Craftsmanship on the jewelry is cheap and lazy. A diamond fell out, sent back for replacement, took 2 weeks to get it back, not even a week later another diamond falls out. I asked for my money back due to poor quality and they told me it wasn’t an option. They found a way to convince my wife to spend more money to get something else instead of giving me a refund. My boyfriend and I got engaged on Valentine’s day! We ended up going to Zales to get a ring, and Cat helped us. She was so kind and extremely sweet and patient as we tried on different rings and picked what was best for us. The ring is GORGEOUS and me and my fiancé had an amazing experience.

6 time we had to order our rings properly and yet they have failed communications with us, failed to assign the right rings size, and failed to help me and my girlfriend to give us our identical engagement rings. I'm not waisting my time with the BS they kept giving is even if they keep saying they are sorry but they aren't doing their jobs.
