This was my preferred Zales outlet but now I'm disappointed. Especially with their lack of professionalism. To name names, MIMI. she is by far the most aggressive sales associate ever!! She makes it so obvious she's desperate for sales commission. When people are just browsing she loses interest and moves on to someone else. The store is very organized, and Michael, a sales rep, helped pick out these amazing earrings that my girlfriend loves. If I had to come back I would go see him for any advice
