Eva was very helpful getting my custom engagement ring made. The timeline was longer than expected, but the results are amazing

My future husband and I went into the Florence, KY Zales, at the mall, Saturday January 10th. We were the only ones that were in the store. The two employees were chatting about personal stuff and never even acknowledged us or said hello. We looked and decided since there is no customer service, we wouldn’t buy from there anyway and left. They never said a word to us.
