My experience was phenomenal. Our salesmen was a young man name GodKnows. I couldn't believe it but after reflecting on our experience God truly knew. The customer service exceeded a 10 from beginning to the end. I must also say that the manager was phenomenal. She worked with us and patiently guided GodKnows. I am huge on customer service and we received the BEST at the Zales in First Colony Mall.
Giving 3 stars because the watch is really nice. However I was told i was unable to get my watch links adjusted because they told me it was the weekend. I called and asked before hand and was never told this. Did it myself only took a few minutes. I would've shipped it to my home and avoided all the driving and traffic had I known.
This location didn't have what I was looking for but the Salesperson was very helpful in recommending one of their other locations.
