went into Zales store and I'll never go there again! 3 employees and only 2 customers! the employee that was texting on her phone didn't even offer to help me. I told her I would like to look at a necklace and she just looked at me and went back to texting. I waited for over 20 minutes and no service... I guess it was because I had on a Harley shirt and jeans. IT'S THERE LOSS! I walked out and went across the road to Kay's Jewelery- great service service and spent a little over $4100. for my wife's birthday..... I hope zales... read more
Amazing customer service. Tammy and the other employee (didn’t catch her name) that assisted us were very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with our questions and needs.
