I have shopped and purchased here several times. Today will be my last visit. The general staff was very polite and friendly. However, when it was time to talk numbers I was handed over to the general manager Tami who met me with distain. My questions were answered in a condescending manner if answered at all. This place is so unprofessional with their customer service. They make you wait forever without acknowledgement while employees are hiding in the back instead of serving the customers. I recently bought my wife a 3ct ring here and this is the treatment she received after going for an inspection. I will never buy anything else from this location.
I went in today for an issue with my bracelet & the manager was sooo helpful and so sweet!!!
