This place is so unprofessional with their customer service. They make you wait forever without acknowledgement while employees are hiding in the back instead of serving the customers. I recently bought my wife a 3ct ring here and this is the treatment she received after going for an inspection. I will never buy anything else from this location.
I went in today for an issue with my bracelet & the manager was sooo helpful and so sweet!!!
Anabel was amazing here at the Firewheel town center. She was friendly always smile and help me find the perfect ring 💍
