I wish my daughter had the same experience as many here. However she did not. She picked her Disney Rapunzel engagement dream ring out took it home knowing it needed sized. The ring went back for sizing and came back missing gold. She was in a complete panic. She attempted to reach this store only to find out that the sales rep she dealt with was gone. This is the best Zales experience my husband and I have ever had! Skylar and the store manager Amber were so kind, patient and knowledgeable with all the questions we had. They treated us like family and made sure we had a wonderful experience upgrading my rings! I will never go to another Zales in Columbus! They are hands down the BEST!
