I agree!! the customer service rocks at this zales!! i went to kay's and they were so pushy, all they wanted to do was make a sale! I went to zales and they were so helpful, and patient with me! I will go back again and again for sure!!
i have had very great experiences with this store.. and sorry to the lady before me, but there is a 30 day return policy (but that is typical everywhere!) The Zales associate I worked with was great and very helpful too! she helped us fnd our wedding sets, and all our bridesmaid gifts too!! The people are genuine and so so so nice!!
This is the best ZALES I have shopped at. They have great service!!! Maybe the lady below was just a crabby snobby biotch.
I purchased a ring from this store in Dec 2008, it is now 03/24/09 and I have had two diamonds fall out of my fing. I contacted the manager at the store and was adv that I can not for any reason return my ring and get my money back! Why would I want to exchange a $1200 dollar ring for something else that would be the same quality! I bought it on sale for 700 and just want my money back! Do NOT shop at this location!! I have shopped many times at other Zales locations, and have had nothing but great customer service. The experience with Zales Barton Creek has left me red in the face. They may have nice merchandise, however the staff is terrible!! I was given 3 different sizes on the same ring, from different employees.
