Amazing and smooth purchase done with Mike , just walked in to see some wedding rings with my fiancé and was instantly greeted by Mike , he walked us through everything and showed us multiple rings but 1 stood out to my fiancée and as you can see the deal was done , happy wife happy life right ! Will for sure be going back and doing more business with Zales and with Mike for future purchases !
Mike made this experience feel so effortless for us. Even though we’re already engaged, he truly listened and helped us find with so many options and finding the perfect set that felt like us. We never felt pressured — just supported. He also gave thoughtful advice about our old rings and just thought it was very genuine. He clearly explained everything about the new set and any care that comes with it which made it all feel very professional and comfortable.
