No wonder they are going out of business. Terrible service and management. They have plastic chains to guard the door. It's for covid, aparantly, as if a rush of people are going to run into this dying store all at once.
Would not recommend to do business with these people. I purchased a Bracelet went into the store to ask about getting it repaired the lady said yes we can repair it to bring it in. I go home a couple days later I grab the Bracelet and bring it in, Now I’m told they cannot repair it. First off I purchased it from Zales second of all I was told it could be repaired by the lady at Zales now I’m I’m told they can’t fix it.
