I’ve been a loyal Zales customer for over 15 years, so it pains me to write this. In April, I purchased a beautiful ring online. It arrived in May, and within 30 days, a stone fell out. I scheduled a repair at the Pineville location, expecting support. Instead, I was met with indifference. Brenda and her team refused to help unless I purchased an additional warranty.
