Nicole was the most patient sales person ever & extremely sincere. Also informed us on extra information with didn’t ask for just so we’re informed with everything!! She made sure we found the perfect ring & left happy!
Bought my engagement ring from Nicole. She was amazing from the beginning of looking at it, she took her time and helped me out more than any other store I went to. Even after the purchase she tremendously helped me and spent more then 30 minutes making sure we had our warranty information set so we had no issues down the road. She was very professional, nice, and overall made the experience of spending a lot of money more enjoyable!!
Super rude to everyone in the mall- very stuck up. The people they have working here have nasty attitudes compared to any other jewelry store in the mall. Disgusting behavior whenever they go out shopping.
