Stones wouldn't stay in the setting! When my husband finally bought me the ring I've been wanting for quite some time I was thrilled! However, 2 days later the stone fell out of the setting (thank goodness I found it)! He took it back and had them reset it again. Again it fell out. Finally we just gave up and took it somewhere else and they did an excellent job and it's still in after 3 years! Maybe I should send Zales this guys phone number!! PROS: Great Quality Diamonds, Great Prices CONS: Settings don't always set right!
Diamonds are a girls best friend This place is only a few months old. They have lots of very nice jewelry. Zales is a name I can trust. So for a fraction of the price that maybe only a magnifying glass can tell. I dont mind. THe staff is nice and the store is clean.
Beautiful jewelry Out of all of the jewelry stores in the Green Bay area Zales seems to carry the most beautiful jewelry. It is very hard for me to stop and look and not fall in love with something! The associates are very friendly and knowledgable about the jewelry that they sell. The prices are average, about the same as anywhere else. The cases are always clean without fingerprints or smudges on them.
Jewelry for the masses Zales is a standard jewelry shop, filled with run of the mill jewelry and staffed by people interested in making a sale. They make up for the high rent they pay in the mall by tkaing it out on the customers. I bought my diamond here and the diamond had a flaw in it when I picked it up, but they swore it was the same one I looked at in the store before it went for sizing. No amount of talking would fix it, so I still have it, pretty setting, but poor quality...
Easy to find jewelry shop My husband bought me my beautiful engagement ring from Zale's. The diamond was gorgeous, but the type of setting (cathedral) did not hold up well...it cracked within 3 months! The staff was not helpful with any repairs. I did however return for a simpler wedding band, as we were trying to find the best price. The salesperson seemed to care more about making the big sale than what was right for me. Nice Place to shop For being a small jewlery store they have a great selstion of items that are good quality and not real expensive. They have a lot of one of a kind items in the store that are very nice. I have a one of a kind diamond bracelet from there that was given to me. It is very unique. Their sales associates are knowledgable and don't try to sell you something just to make a sale. They don't have a problem just cleaning a piece of jewlery for you, nor do you feel that you are disturbing them if you just go into bro... read more
Extremely Helpful Staff I have taken my rings, watches and bracelets to Zales numerous times, even if they were not purchased at Zales. They have changed watch batteries, replaced diamonds in my bracelets and repaired my grandmother's ring in a timely manner and with minimal costs. Any time I need to fix a piece of jewelry, I immediately think of Zales. They are all very nice there and will recommend other businesses if any work is outside their realm.
Good jewelry. I really like their sales. If you can find a good sale, you have a great deal on a good piece of jewelry. They weren't very helpful any of the times we have been in there, and i have been in there on several occasions. I wouldn't go back just because I like to be helped when I am in the market for jewelry, and they didn't offer much help.
too commercial Everything is very mass produced and everything looks the same. I like unique jewelry but did manage to find my husbands wedding band here at a decennt price. But when we had it sized the first time it came back with a stone missing, so they sent out a new ring to be sized (said it would be quicker than having the stone replaced) and this time it came back the wrong size. So it took 3 tries to get the ring right and just barely in time for our wedding.
