Worst Jewelers! If you are considering even stepping into a Zales, let alone spending your hard earned money there, please reconsider. This has got to be the worst place to by jewlery! Not only are the jewels studded with flaws and other impurities, the customer service there is the worst in the state, By far. I was sold a man's wedding band (supposed to be a woman's) My husband and I went to Zales based on a recommendation from a family member. We were engaged at the time and were looking for wedding bands. I wanted a band to match my husbands and they actually sold me a man's wedding band. Wouldn't recommend When looking for my wifes wedding ring we browsed through this store. First--it's hard to get someone to help you. When you do manage to find someone and they show you different rings you notice the quality just isn't there. We had looked on their website and what looked sparkly and clear there looked unbelieably dull and yellow in the store. The best part about going there is they will clean your jewelry.
Stands behind what they sell Zales jewlers has stood by it's merchandise with no questions asked. I consider this to be a wonderful thing nowadays. After I had my ring sized there the center stone mount completely fell out. I was devestated but they are replacing the entire ring for me . Everyone I have dealt with has been polite and efficient. I would defintately recommend them if you are looking for jewlery.
We enjoy looking here We go here to have our rings cleaned. Always friendly and helpful workers here. And usually quick to return repairs. There is not a wait when we go there.
Not good at all! This store does not have great employees. I got my engagement ring there which needed to be sized of course, so after i finally got the ring they had to take it for 2 weeks to size it down again (they sized it when he bought it but wasn't enough) THEN i kept calling because they said it would be in in 2 weeks.
