Never wasting my money at this store again. They had 2 months to get together a gift and failed miserably, and then try to sell me garbage. And then the manager didn't even talk to us. Or want to resolve the situation? Bad leadership in that store bay city, michigan, take your money somewhere else because they can't handle it
My favorite jewelry store to go. Wonderful genuine birthstones and friendly customer service, they clean your jewelry and make sure there's no problems. I always find great prices here.
A really nice place to shop jewelry. No pressure, knowledgeable and professional while friendly. Sales persons take their time with you.
I was welcomed immediately and was asked how I could be assisted. After sharing that having a missing diamond the prong is to be fixed too. I feel that the interaction and customer service given from the team today was great. Stop in and see what they have, take a repair in.....
