Bryce was beyond amazing! Gave me a wonderful rundown on the NEW store as well as their unmatched service! I got my rings polished and cleaned up, and Bryce took the best care of me! I highly recommend!
I purchased a class ring back in 2023 and since then the stone has fell out 3 TIMES!! i got it replaced the first time for free and the second time they made me pay $60 even with the warranty i have for it and apparently doesn’t cover the stone cost that was a few months ago and just today it fell out again.. why have warranty for something if it can’t be fixed for free and is clearly poorly made. what a waste of $60 to get it fixed and one of the ladies told me to take it off for showers and anytime in water and i did this ... read more
