I went to Zales Slidell and thanks to Opal I had the best experience. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I’m so happy with my ring! I highly recommend this store and Opal!

I came in on a whim to take a look at rings, as I am trying to get a feel for what I like and what is functional for my lifestyle. Mrs. Opal was fantastic help! She patiently guided me through the different options of rings and explained the cuts and features. She made sure to show me a bunch of options, and we were able to narrow done my favorites. I had a very pleasant and educational experience here!
Highly recommend going here for any jewelry needs, Jasmine took time to fix an issue with our jewelry protection plan that we were unaware of, without even asking us. These ladies are extremely nice and helpful and go above and beyond what you would expect.
I purchased a ring from Gordan’s Jewelers many moons ago. When Gordan’s closed we continued to use Zales for our diamond warranty. Recently I had a diamond fall out of my ring. I bought it in to Zales and Ms. Opal at the Slidell, La store was so reassuring that everything would work out. She went above to make sure the ring would be just perfect. I would recommend and purchase from her again.
