I had my engagement ring for a long time and absolutely loved it, but recently it began losing diamonds. Even after being shipped back from repair, it would arrive with a diamond missing. While it was frustrating to deal with, the team at this store was incredibly helpful. Specifically, the store manager Beth. She was wonderful to work with and did everything in her power to resolve the issue. I always recommend this Zales location to everyone!

On February 26, 2026 I visit Zales in Slidell. To get my ring clean It was the best experience I have had since I’ve been going there for years!! The worker name was Ms.Opal I had to keep telling her how no one never told me this she gave me information that I never knew about my ring. She made my experience. Wonderful I have to go back in August. I will be looking for her to help me.Thank you so much!!🥰
