I was provided excellent customer service . I bought a bracelet and a neckless ,I got my watch serviced . The manager and team was very patient in helping me with the items I wanted. It's the smiles for me . I been a customer of Zales for 24 years but the customer services I received yesterday and to day was superb I wall continue to be a Zales customer at the Slidell,La branch for another 24 years . Went in today to get my wedding ring updated with rhodium plating. The assistant was new but the manager that was trying to help her was not. They were checking my ring then couldn’t get my diamonds to register with their little tester and the new girl said to the manager is it because the diamonds are too small. Mind you there are two diamonds both about a carat a piece.
