Mrs.Opal did an amazing job with helping us today
With an upcoming wedding, I wanted to see how I could add to my fiance’s band. Opal was amazing, she was so helpful and she even told me about benefits I didn’t know I had. She exceeded my expectations with this location. If you need help, have questions, or just shopping around, ask for Opal. Amazing!
I arrived at the store a couple minutes early. Needed my earrings fixed. Opal was so sweet ! She asked if I would like her to fix the one earring. Of course I did. She did a great job. Quick too. This post is long, as well as overdue. However, when visiting the Zales location in Slidell, be sure to ask for Beth. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She really knows her fine jewelry. I have worked with her twice previously and each encounter was so comfortable. When purchasing my diamond cross pendant she notified me of all specials, showed me the piece for a closer inspection, and assisted me in trying it on.
