I bought an anklet for my girlfriend and had to get it resized. When we brought it in, the staff were very nice and courteous and helped us get it done. They are very thorough at making sure all of your needs are met and could not be happier with my experience at this location
Absolutely love how this Zales location treats me & all my pieces. They just resized & cleaned up a few of my babies and they look drop dead gorgeous. Their customer service is hands down amazing. Thank you guys so much!
I visited Zales last week for my rings inspection, Neveah helped me with it. It was really nice talking to her, very friendly and helpful. She looked into everything to make sure that correct paperwork or process is being followed and guided me for future visits. Really appreciate her help and all the staff working there, they are friendly.
Martha was phenomenal at getting right the point of what we were looking for! A great experience all around!
