Very friendly and knowledgeable
I wish I could give this place a negative number. They have had my engagement ring for over a month now. I took it in to get resized. That was it. After almost 3.5-4 weeks they told me they had to order me a completely new ring because my original ring could no longer be worked on. I called customer service and come to find out this store knew the ring was ruined since the first phone call. They have completely ruined my engagement experience. Please don't waste your money here.
I’ve had to go for my ring inspections 3 times at this location since the one at the galleria closed. I have never had a pleasant experience. Rude employees with terrible customer service.
The clerk helped us clean our rings and found our missing warrantee. Very clean rings and great service.
