Had a wonderful experience today with Joanne. She was professional and so incredibly personable and helped us find the perfect diamond ring.
This was probably one of the worst experiences. We purchased a wedding band from zales which needed to be resized. Their stock sizes are small- and we quickly learned they had no ability to resize their jewelry. 2 resizings later, the ring was stuck at the very same place on my finger. We were then told that there was a jeweler on site, but that he could not alter our current ring bc it wasn’t one of his. They told us we could exchange the ring for another one that was on display for some event they were hosting. With a shor... read more
