Worst experience I have ever had in a jewelry store. Staff were not willing to help at all would only help me if I had my warranty number bought a ring in December. It’s only five months old and Stones fell out of It. I was told we can’t fix that under the warranty, which is lifetime. So then decided that they were going to try and charge me to get the ring fixed. The representative I had was the store manager, and she was rude and not willing to help. I got my wife a locket from a different store but needed to get a picture made small enough to fit very small space i called around to no avail i wound up calling zales they do not make or print fotos but where theres a will theres a way lady was so helpful over the phone very short notice as mothers day is 3 days away she gave me some ideas one of witch was amazing and worked phenomenaly had me pinch the picture on my phone screen shot it crop that play around with it till you find what wrks i than took that to different st... read more

Brittney was the best! She went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I got our rings. There was a little misshap but they fixed it right away . Will definitely be back.

Talk about rude, the lady with the short hair could not have been a worse person to not talk to!! It’s a shame you pay that kind of money and get diamond bond and then come in to deal with attitude!! Zales you can do better!! And I think she’s the manager?

Worst service ever. We have been on vacation and stopped in to get my ring cleaned. She said it was disgusting. Horrible etiquette. Didn’t even get my rings cleaned. Rude!!!
