Natasha was amazing to work with at Zales! Our experience turned out even better than we expected. We had some ideas but weren’t sure what we wanted. Natasha listened to us, showed us lots of great options, and helped us find the perfect fit! We did run into a few bumps along the way, but Natasha was super helpful and made everything easier. Plus, she was really nice to talk to! I highly recommend Zales and Natasha for anyone looking for a great experience!

Unlike our marriage, my ring was getting dull after 10 years, so we stopped into Zales. I narrowed it down to two rings and then took my time because… sparkles. Natasha never rushed me, never pressured me, and somehow knew exactly when to step in and when to let me spiral. I walked out very happy, very sparkly, and smiling at my husband like it was our first date.
