Sales is great. Getting papers to be able to insure your purchase is another story. Make sure you ask if its certified or not before you purchase. Don't go along with chat will get you what you need.

Zales in Manhattan was by far the best place to go for amazing customer service. We went there a few times before we decided on a ring and received help from multiple staff members there. Every single time we went everyone acted so friendly, they were not pushy and they would pick things out for us try. They worked to help us pick something out we would love.
