I had a wonderful experience getting jewelry for my wife and daughter at zell's jewelry in dalton mall, "Julian" was amazing in helping us find the perfect selection and was patient with us. Got fired for not taking pictures of a repair that was sent out when it came back in. The customer was upset because she said we replaced the diamonds on her watch but why was I fired if my manger Amber should have diamond tested them to being with????? The manager at KAYs would HAVE NEVER MADE THIS MISTAKE! STICK TO KAY JEWELERS! I was a single mom with a high risk pregnancy being pushed to perform at a job I never got trained for by Amber!
