Absolutely terrible. I went in to have my wedding n band repaired that I just purchased a year ago, and already had to have fixed 1 month after purchasing. I had my ring inspected out of town before Christmas and they are unable to find proof that it was inspected and requiring me to pay for it to be replaced after paying $205 for the warranty a year ago. Went to pick up an online order today 6/4/25 The lady in the sweater with the chipping green nail polish was so rude when I declined the lifetime warranty. Even my teenager with me commented about her dirty looks after I said no. I said thank you and she just kept giving me an ugly stare didn’t even say anything else.
