Sabrina was absolutely amazing with helping us price and pick out our engagement rings. She made us feel comfortable and didn’t pressure us at all to purchase right away. She made the experience magically as a soon to be fiancée!! She priced out everything and we were at first up in the air about what company to go through but she sold us on going with Zales for our engagement! Definitely would recommend her for all your jewelry needs. Amazing woman and she’s super funny! 11/10 experience ❤️
Today I took my watches up to the store not knowing I would have them back same day. De’ja was kind and assisted me with taking a few links out making it a nice fit. She was so patient and made sure I left satisfied willing to return. Best birthday gift I could ask for right before a big trip. I will definitely be back great atmosphere. We need more people like her in this world 🫶🏾❤️. She gets the job done her and her team.
I had the best customer service from Robin today, she goes above & beyond, definitely will be shopping here again,Thanks Robin
