Absolutely a 5-star experience. I was truly amazed by their professionalism and customer service. I had purchased a ring somewhere else that ended up turning my finger dark grey, apparently my skin doesn’t agree with rose gold and I was trying so hard to hold on to it since it meant a lot to me. My boyfriend,now fiancee bought my ring from the Macomb Mall Zales! I've been there twice,once for having the bands soldered together and again for a ring spacer! They are nothing but kind in there! Great customer service and Tina gave me a ring spacer that fits perfectly! Thank you!!! I will definitely be returning for all my jewelry needs!!! Kudos to the whole team!!! Highly recommend!!!
I called about an online order multiple times because it wasn't delivered when promised. Sabrina took my calls and was always professional and offered to contact me by phone when my order arrived. The issue was due to UPS and not Zales but I was very appreciative of being treated with respect and empathy by the Zales staff.
My fiancé purchased my ring with the help of Karlie. Upon our engagement my fiancé told me about how much Karlie made the ring buying very easy and comfortable for him. We live a bit far from this location so once we got engaged we took my ring to the 12 oaks location and they kept my ring for nearly 2.5 weeks.
