I had purchased a engagement ring for my girl & i unfortunately got tossed around when it was time to come pick up the ring, my engagement surprise got canceled come to find out they have been closed, and ups was holding my package, I had to pay ups to retrieve my ring, had to wait weeks & on top of all this once I have picked up my ring today, the band on the ring was broken & very thin, I’m very disappointed in this, I contacted Zales customer support, & they give me no help, they expect me to drive to Springfield Mo & ret... read more

Terrible customer service! My ring was supposed to come in on the 13th. It was sent off for a repair. It did not get in because they apparently fired the whole store (probably stealing). Not only was it not in, but I havent received any calls, texts, or emails to let me know it would be late, not even an apology for the delay. I was scheduled to take engagement pics the evening that it was due back and couldn't do that. This company (zales, kays and Shane co) will never get another dime from me.
