3 years ago my wife lost her wedding ring. I originally purchased the ring over 10 years ago at Zales. We went into Zales today with low expectations of finding the original ring. My wife's heart was set on the original and not an alternative. Axana and Mike quickly found the ring and began calling around to see if they had it available. Sure enough within 10 minutes Axana had located it, in my wife's ring size, and was having it shipped to a Zales close to our home.
