Customer service is EXCELLENT at this Zales location! My husband and I were in Zales this evening (Aug. 26, 2025) around 6:15 or so. We had just left Kay Jewelers where no one acknowledged our presence (which is sad, because they had jewelry I would have loved to have been shown). We entered Zales and were immediately greeted by several members of the staff. We told them we were looking for a birthday gift, and were shown many options.
