I generally have had good experiences here. Unfortunately this is my second visit to pick up the same ring that I brought in for repair and I am leaving without it. The first time I was informed by phone that they could not repair it so they were replacing it. I came to get the new ring and there was “no record”. The next time I was told it was ready to be picked up I came 1 month later (I live an hour away) and was told “they couldn’t hold it any longer”. No phone call. No forewarning.
