I would like to take the time to thank Debra @ the Hickory location She was so kind, helpful & professional She really made our experience special I was gifted my Mother’s wedding rings for our upcoming wedding … they were a newer set that my Dad gave to her in 2014 Sadly. Dad passed in 2017… My Mother, fiancé & I went to Zales not knowing what expect…. The rings needed sized Luckily Dad had got the warranty, etc on the rings It was a bit of an emotional experience …..
