So friendly! I went in to get my watch bracelet adjusted and Zack helped me with utmost patience.
They were awesome! Brought my wife’s necklace in and the got it untangled cleaned and gave me a new box for it all free of charge!
Back in August, my girlfriend and I at the time wanted to look at rings to at least get some sort of ideas of what to look for. Then came Zack Robinson! He immediately recognized that we were definitely not sure what we were looking for, and thank goodness he did!
