Melissa was the best!! Super fun, definitely gave me that well needed mom energy! I cried a couple times externally, cried the whole time internally, but left the happiest I could have knowing that I went in initially just to browse, and I left out with my fiancé ring. The whole process was simple, she answered alllllllll of my questions, had the most patience with me, and just overall a beautiful woman! Will definitely be seeing you when we come in to get my wedding band. Much love to you!

The ladies at Zales Pearland Town Center are absolutely amazing. I purchased and anklet last year and had to have it repaired 3 times because it kept breaking. I was so upset and disappointed because I thought I’d purchased a “lemon”. These ladies took care of the entire situation by locating another anklet and having it shipped to the store for me. I promised not to wear it every day even though I’m used to wearing my jewelry and not taking it off. Thank you so much Khalijhia and Melissa!! Continue to be phenomenal!!
