Do not waste your time with this location or this company. They have no regard for a person's time and are completely inept at what they do. Take your money to another jewelry company.
Cynthia is the absolute best employee Ive met in my life. I dont think Ive ever had a top service like this in my life, she went above and beyond to help with a fix that wasn’t even her responsibility to begin as it was started in another store. Cynthia you are absolutely amazing. Corporate please reward this person, her customer service is absolutely phenomenal and the whole world needs more employees like her. We will definitely be back soon!
Melissa was the best!! Super fun, definitely gave me that well needed mom energy! I cried a couple times externally, cried the whole time internally, but left the happiest I could have knowing that I went in initially just to browse, and I left out with my fiancé ring. The whole process was simple, she answered alllllllll of my questions, had the most patience with me, and just overall a beautiful woman! Will definitely be seeing you when we come in to get my wedding band. Much love to you!
Cynthia was very helpful and nice. My ring was big and she assisted and got it sized to my liking!
Peyton was an outstanding inspiration! She was awesome in our purchase Thank you Zales for Ms Peyton .
