This location has given me issues from my first visit. Customer service is terrible. I went in on Saturday, 7/11. The lady that was helping me came up and asked what was needed. I told her I needed my rings soldered together. My engagement ring and wedding band were both in the box, so I just opened the box. She took the rings and cleaned them.
