Jackie was fantastic at Zales. She organized the paperwork for my jewelry inspection and cleaning, as well as updated it in their computer system. Very helpful and efficient!
We went in with little to no idea of what we wanted or what was possible, but Jackie was very helpful and patient with us and provided several options on what to do with my grandmother's rings that were passed down to me.

She help me for awhile to find the perfect Marquis to upgrade my wedding ring for our 10 Anniversary. I picked it up today and we were both teary eyed.
