It really saddens me to write this 2-star review because the two employees who helped me and my fiancé are wonderful, but the experience we had was not. Had such a sweet experience at this store! One of the store associates there is named Leila, & she was so thoughtful & friendly. She did not put any sort of pressures on us while we were looking around. She even offered to wash my wedding ring (that I didn’t buy from this store) for free while we were looking around. I didn’t accept her offer right away & I even told her that I likely wasn’t going to buy anything—but she insisted on making my ring sparkle regardless.
